    Hi Barry,

As always happens , the Conservatives pushed through their budget. This time it included cutting the funds that pay for our ACSO’s. There will be more cuts on the way, including bus services and who knows what else (they aren’t saying). Whilst they do need to make savings, some cuts will actually end up costing them more money – highway maintenance being a good example.

Pet Shop Incident...

PET SHOP INCIDENT Reported to me today that the New Forest MP, Desmond Swayne, was harangued by a pet shop owner today in Bransgore for not wearing a face covering. It is yet more embarrassment for the Conservative party. How an earth can they be in government, telling everybody what they have to do, when…

Lost One Of The Family...

LOST ONE OF THE FAMILY It's very rare, in this country, for a policeman to be shot and killed. It's so sad and so shocking when it happens. Thoughts are with his family and friends and also the "family" of police officers who do so much to protect us. I once spent a few weeks…
