It’s being suggested that we will soon be facing a crisis in worldwide food production, partly as a result of an increasing population, but also the need to tackle climate change and the impacts it is having and will have.

Apparently some food manufacturers are trying ways and means of incorporating insects, by means of processing, into western diets.
I am not at all sure that I even want to try a cricket burger or grasshopper flakes?
