It was great to meet up with organisers of the Totton & Eling Arts Festival at Hanger Farm today.

I decided that I would use my £600 community engagement grant from New Forest District Council to help support this year’s festival.

I am told that the money will be used to add a lot of excitement to the event, including a Samba band and Stiltwalkers.

I am particularly keen to support this because I know the organisers work so hard to arrange everything.

It’s all done so that local people can enjoy a whole day of entertainment at no cost.

This is so important for many people who find regular entertainment so expensive, particularly large families.

Allison (pictured here with me) says that she would appreciate any further offers of sponsorship from local businesses or individuals.

Even a £50 donation will be acknowledged and very much appreciated.

You can contact them via their website.
