Another Plan For Totton Site

Planning Site
Planning Site

Yet another planning application has been lodged with the District Council regarding the former industrial land at the end of Brokenford Lane, Totton.

Recently, NFDC approved a scheme for 21 homes at the adjoining Fenwick’s storage yard from the developer Cicero Estates.

Now, there is a further planning application by a company called Fresh Developments for 18 houses and 6 flats, on adjoining land (pictured).

Previous efforts to develop this land came to nothing, despite planning permission being granted in 2012.

The application can be found on NFDC’s website. The reference is 18/11018.

I cannot express a view, (as I am a member of the planning committee), but am always happy to hear opinions, especially from people that live nearby.

Politics in Crisis

It’s a very time for the conservative party and for democracy generally. With one New Forest Tory MP voting “Yes” to the Brexit deal and another voting “No”, they lose the ability to blame anyone else but themselves.
