Water Lane Road Works

Water Lane Road works
Might be a good idea to share this with anyone who regularly uses Water Lane….

I have just received notice that road works are scheduled to start in Water Lane, Totton on Tuesday 15th August. They are expected to last 4 days.

Phase 1 of the works, (carriageway resurfacing) will be from Hammonds Green junction to the junction with Wickham Court. The road will be closed from 9.30am to 1600 hours.

Phase 2 of the works will extend from Wykham Court to Popes Lane over the same period, again from 9.30am to 1600 hours.

No waiting cones will be put out before work starts as the full width of the road is required. Some minor kerbing works will be undertaken in advance of this work.

Pedestrian access will be available at all times.
