New Forest in top 50 for homelessness - Homeless person

It is another statistic that the New Forest Tories should be thoroughly ashamed of. The area is now in the “Top 50” for homelessness.

It’s an issue I have raised in the Council Chamber many times.

The answer always comes back that “They are taking positive action” and “It’s down to the government”.

You might think that conservatives might feel a bit more responsibility, given that we have a conservative government, but they somehow never seem to make the connection.
