Councillor Davod Harrison

Celebrating 30 Years

celebrating 30 years
Great credit to the enthusiastic members of the Rushington Manor Residents Association.

The group has been meeting on a regular basis for 30 years now. I have been supporting them for some 27 years, since moving onto the estate.

The organised a Street Party today, with a chance for people of all ages to mix, chat and play quizzes and other games. Everybody seemed to enjoy themselves.

It’s nice to have something truly local, free to attend and doesn’t rely on any large organisation.

It happens because quite a few people are willing and happy to do a little bit for the benefit of the community.
Here’s to the next 30 years!

Why Residents Parking Permit Schemes Aren’t Always The Answer
